About the event
This Reiki class offers a relaxed and highly enjoyable experience. At Level 1, students are introduced to harnessing the energy of peace through hand movements to admnister Reiki for self-care. Moreover you will learn to extend reiki to animals, plants, food, the environment, as well as to family and friends.
