Service Description

Byron Katie's Work is an exercise in self-inquiry for uncovering and understanding the stories we tell ourselves that may not be true. It has been used by thousands of people around the world to gain clarity, peace, and insight into their lives. During a session, Katie begins by introducing the four questions: Is it true? Can you absolutely know that it’s true? How do you react when you believe that thought? Who would you be without the thought?
